• Your request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• You provide clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

🚫 What Cannot Be Returned?

• Personalized or custom-made keychains
• Discounted or sale items
• Artificial plants or flowers that have been bent, styled, or reshaped
• Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

💸 Refunds and Replacements

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days
• If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will send a free replacement or offer store credit

🚚 Return Shipping

• Returns due to a change of mind: Customer bears return shipping costs
• Returns due to damage or incorrect items: We cover return and replacement shipping

📩 How to Request a Return

• Your Order Number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief reason for the return

We will respond within 24 to 48 hours with the next steps.
