1. False Delivery Status
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the parcel, contact us immediately at [https://wa.me/917470885585].
You must report this within 24 - 48 hours for us to investigate.
Resolution typically takes 3 - 5 working days.
2. Do Not Share OTP Prematurely
Only share the delivery OTP after receiving the parcel in hand.
Sharing OTP early means we cannot assist in cases of fraud or loss.
3. Rescheduling Delivery
If you ask the delivery executive to reschedule, do not share the OTP. Doing so may result in the parcel being marked as "returned."
